Charles Richard Crockett

Charles Richard Crockett, 79, passed away June 16, 2012. He was born in Fort
Smith, Arkansas to the late Charles Gibson and Beryl Calvert Crockett. He is
preceded in death by his parents and sisters Joan Short and Carole Crockett.
Following graduation from Fort Smith High School Richard attended University of Arkansas graduating from University of Arkansas School of Law in 1957. After serving as a Jag Officer in the United Stated Air Force, he moved to Little Rock, Arkansas where he lived and enjoyed the practice of law for 50 plus years.
Loved and respected, Charles is survived by his wife of 39 years, Sylvia Carr Crockett, four sons, James Richard Crockett of Dallas, Texas, John David Crockett (Karen) Liberty Hill, Texas, Robert Charles Crockett of Little Rock, Arkansas, Matthew Carr Crockett (Crystal) of North Little Rock, Arkansas, step-sons James Scott Johnson of Branson Missouri, and Thomas Neal Johnson (Heather) of Manassas, Virginia, one daughter Diane Crockett Warfield (Thomas) of Springfield, Illinois, and six grandchildren Stephen, Melissa, Victoria, Hunter, Duncan and Ryleigh Crockett.
